Welcome to Socialsify! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our social media management platform, accessible at www.socialsify.com By signing up, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using Socialsify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Socialsify.
  • By using our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Services Provided

Socialsify offers a comprehensive suite of tools and features to help users manage their social media presence effectively. These include:

3.1 Automated Posting and Scheduling

  • Tools for planning, drafting, scheduling, and automatically publishing posts across multiple social media platforms.

3.2 Analytics and Reporting

  • Insights and analytics on social media performance, including metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach.
  • These insights are designed to help users optimize their social media strategies.

3.3 Account Integration and Management

  • Integration of multiple social media accounts for centralized management from a single platform.

3.4 Collaboration Tools

  • Features for team-based social media management, including role assignments, workflow approval processes, and collaborative content creation.

3.5 Customer Interaction Management

  • Tools for managing and responding to customer messages, comments, and interactions across different social media channels.

3.6 Security and Compliance

  • Security features to protect user accounts and data.
  • Compliance tools to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and platform-specific policies.

3.7 Support and Training

  • Customer support, tutorials, and resources to assist users in effectively utilizing the platform.

3.8 Integration with Third-Party Services

  • Integration with tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and advertising networks for enhanced functionality.

3.9 Regular Updates and Maintenance

  • Ongoing updates to improve the platform, introduce new features, and ensure compatibility with the latest social media platform updates and trends.

4. Account Registration

To access Socialsify, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use of your account.

Socialsify is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Subscriptions

Some features of Socialsify are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").

5.1 Billing Cycles

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"), either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
  • At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Socialsify cancels it.

5.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting Socialsify customer support.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

5.3 Payment Information

  • A valid payment method (e.g., credit card) is required to process Subscription payments.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, contact details, and payment method.
  • By submitting payment information, you authorize Socialsify to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the provided payment method.

5.4 Failed Payments

  • If automatic billing fails, Socialsify will issue an electronic invoice, and you must manually complete the payment within the specified deadline.

6. Free Trials

  • Socialsify may offer a Free Trial of its Subscription services for a limited period.
  • You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for the Free Trial.
  • If billing information is provided, you will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless you cancel the Subscription, you will be charged the applicable Subscription fees.
  • Socialsify reserves the right to modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time without notice.

7. Fee Changes

  • Socialsify may modify Subscription fees at its sole discretion.
  • Any fee changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
  • Socialsify will provide reasonable prior notice of fee changes, allowing you to cancel your Subscription before the changes become effective.
  • Continued use of the service after the fee change constitutes your agreement to the updated fee.

8. Third-Party Integrations and APIs

  • Socialsify integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) via APIs to provide its services.
  • Socialsify is not responsible for any downtime, errors, or changes in service caused by third-party platforms or APIs.
  • If a third-party platform updates its API, Socialsify will make reasonable efforts to adapt but is not liable for service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer

The materials and services provided on Socialsify's platform are delivered on an 'as is' basis. Socialsify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violations of rights.

Further, Socialsify does not warrant or make any representations concerning:

  • The accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its platform.
  • The performance of third-party integrations or APIs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socialsify and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Issues caused by third-party integrations or services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

 

12. Changes to Terms

Socialsify reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Socialsify will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.
